Christy,
Earlier today you were asking me what if anything you should do about the contract with TWNiemann. I appreciate you
contacting me about it. The contract was terminated on July 16, 2011, and we have paid for all of the work that they
have performed. The agreement is inactive or ended.
Thank you,

Nisha,
We will cease work going forward but do need to collect all of the files and correspondence and will return
them along with all the plans and specs as we discussed this morning.
We have still not been able to contact Tom Siniscal yet which, leads me to believe he is on the road out of cell
service heading down here. That is unfortunate as he will be paying for lots of gas and lodging in his relocation
effort.
He will also then have to get his van and the truck & trailer home if we can't get him turned around before he
gets here.
I understand fiscal issues and Council's direction and I appreciate the work the City has allowed me to do thus
far. We will get you all the turnover items and submit an invoice with summary of efforts for all of the pre -
construction efforts to date. I will then get you the termination letter, as per your request, as soon as we have
completed these efforts. This will be before the 7/16 deadline for sure and most likely in the next week or so.
Please let me know if you have any questions or requests.
Thank you,
-Todd

Todd,
If you would like to work for the next 30 days you can. We can only pay you if you show productive work during that
time. And, we are not sure that any work is going go on in the next couple weeks. It does work out better for us if you do
not work. If you choose not to work, please send us something in writing indicating the day on which you will stop work
and end the contract.
Thank you,
