SITUATION:
On November 2, 2010, the City of San Juan Capistrano entered into a Personal Services
Agreement with Skyline Pest Control to provide pest control for City facilities.
ACTION REQUESTED:
The Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall terminate, and all services
required hereunder shall continue until notified that said services are no longer required,
subject to 15 days notice of termination.
Status of this Agreement shall be checked each year.
Please notify this office if agreement is still active or is completed.
