SITUATION:
On July 19, 2010, the City of San Juan Capistrano entered into a Personal Services
Agreement with EI Almanza & Associates to process environmental review and anticipated
MND of a development project application entitled Costco Wholesale Warehouse
Expansion and Renovation.
ACTION REQUESTED:
The Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall terminate, and all services
required hereunder shall be completed no later than November 1, 2010. (`The project
manager will need to amend the Agreement if services are to continue after November 1,
2010')
Please notify this office if agreement will be extended or is complete.
