Schedule of Work Item No. 6 and Detailed Specifications and Method of Payment, Bid Item 6 "CCTV Inspection of Storm Drain Lines" (page 10 and DS -3 of Specifications and Contract Documents): As stipulated in the Detailed Specification for Bid Item 6 (page DS -3), the scope of work for this item includes the cleaning and video taping of both the existing and new / installed storm drain main including all connections and lateral locations (as applicable) within the limits as defined. Since the condition (level of debris accumulation, etc.) of the existing storm drain system within the prescribed limits is unknown at this time, an amount of $10,000 shall be used as allowance for cleaning only for this bid item Therefore the lump sum price bid for Bid Item 6 shall consist of the Contractor's lump sum price for CCN work plus $10,000. Deliveries for Bid Item 6 shall include hardcopy of the findings and CCN recordings in DVD format. Item 4. Schedule of Work Item No. 7 and Detailed Specifications and Method of Payment, Bid Item 7 "Dewatering System' (page 10 and DS4 of Specifications and Contract Documents): The Contractor shall indicate an amount of $20,000 as allowance for Schedule of Work Item No 7 "Dewatering System" (page 10 of Specifications and Contract Documents) no deviations to this amount will be accepted. Item 5. The time limit of 60 calendar days originally set for the completion of the work has been extended per this Addendum No. 2 to 75 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Item 6. The issuance of this addendum does alter the bid opening date and time, which are set for March 22 2010 at 2pm at the City Clerk's Office.
