We have been providing services for the city for the past ten years, and our people thoroughly enjoy working within the atmosphere of such a great city. During the tenure of our last three year term, we held the line on our prices to the city, even though minimum wage and worker's compensation expenses for us increased over 30%. We had, as did everyone, other job related expenditure increases as well. Our current proposal to the city is an overall increase of 21.6% over the last three years prices. The additions of the Stonefield and Historic Town Park reflect the same costs we initiated when we recently started them. We are quoting nominal annual increases in anticipation of such increases in the future years. Ten years of service is a long time and most of our people have remained in the work crews. They feel like San Juan is their home. We have a life enriching relationship with the city and hope we will be able to continue. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to propose our services. Should you have any questions, please let me know. We look forward to hearing from you. Sincere Ted M.
