Dear Representative:
Re: Driveway Design
Our builder and architect have notified us that you request a letter acknowledging that we
understand the dimensional limitations of the driveway turnaround area for 27421 Silver Creek,
I am an informed client. I worked as a driveway design engineer for a paving contractor during
my college years, and I have a BS in Civil Engineering. I am aware of the limitations and have
thoroughly analyzed entrance and egress requirements from both garages.
We are satisfied that the design is satisfactory, and we fully understand the driving parameters to
enter and exit both garages.
