CULTURAL HERITAGE COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TELEPHONIC/VIDEO CONFERENCE MEETING ORGANIZATION:
Vice Chair Ronan called the Regular and Telephonic/Video Meeting of March 23, 2021, of the Cultural Heritage Commission of the City of San Juan Capistrano to order at 4:52 p.m. ROLL CALL: CULTURAL HERITAGE COMMISSIONERS ATTENDING BY TELECONFERENCE /VIDEO CONFERENCE, PURSUANT TO EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20: Vice-Chair Ann Ronan and Commissioners Anna Dickinson, Howard Newman, Lorie Porter.
COMMISSIONER ABSENT: Janet Siegel
STAFF PRESENT: Sergio Klotz, Assistant Development Services Director STAFF ATTENDING BY VIDEO CONFERENCE:

Enhance, and/or Support the City’s History and Heritage (Project Manager:
Sergio Klotz, Assistant Development Services Director). Sergio Klotz provided presentation and responded to questions.
Vice Chair Ronan opened the Public comments and Rich Heimann provided
public testimony via teleconference to the Cultural Heritage Commission. Commission Action: After public input and discussion of the use of collected Historic Depiction Program in-lieu fees, Commissioner Newman made a motion,
seconded by Commissioner Dickinson to continue the item to the April 27, 2021,
Cultural Heritage Commission meeting. ROLL CALL:
