23.Prior to issuance of a building permit, plans shall be submitted for review
and approval to Orange County Fire Authority.
24.Prior to submittal to Orange County Fire Authority, the Fuel Modification
plan shall specify that plants planted within the "Reduced Planting Area"
shall be spaced 2-times the horizontal distance.
