A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING "NO OVERNIGHT
PARKING FROM 10:00 PM TO 5:00 AM" PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
PORTIONS OF AVENIDA AEROPUERTO AND CAMINO LAS RAMBLAS
WHEREAS, the City Traffic Engineer has recommended that parking
restrictions be established in certain areas, hereinafter described in Exhibit A; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the public health, safety,
and welfare will be promoted by establishing parking restrictions in those hereinafter
described areas in Exhibit A; and,
WHEREAS, the California Vehicle Code provides that parking restrictions
on public streets may be established by resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of San Juan Capistrano does hereby designate restrictions be established on certain
streets or portions thereof hereinafter described in Exhibit A.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED, parking restrictions
contained in Exhibit A of this resolution shall take precedence and supersede all previous
parking restrictions adopted by resolution on certain streets or portions thereof hereinafter
described in Exhibit A.

centerline, then west 107 feet.
2. Avenida Aeropuerto, north side, from a point 52 feet east of Calle Perfecto
centerline, then east 130 feet.
3. Avenida Aeropuerto, north side, from a point 56 feet west of Calle Perfecto
centerline, then west to the south side of the cul-de-sac at the end of Avenida
Aeropuerto.
4. Avenida Aeropuerto, south side, from a point 41 feet east of Paseo Cerveza
centerline, then east 141 feet.
