A subdivision agreement and sureties for Faithful Performance (one for sewer/public and one for street/private), Labor and Materials (one for sewer/public and one for private --noted as not necessary) and monumentation were accepted as part of the approval. No record of this project being accepted can be found in our records. Also, at their meeting of August 1, 1979, the City Council approved Final Parcel Map 855 (79-855?) (no agreement or sureties were received per the approval) and on a Planning staff report re the tentative approval there was noted that the property division is a portion of the previously approved DOL 77-5.
