WHEREAS, the undersigned do wish to incorporate and do hereby
incorporate by reference thereto all those terms, provisions, covienants, !
and conditions set forth in that certain Maintenance Agreement recorded on
February 4, 1971 in Book 9537, Pages 195 through 204, of Official Records
of the County of Orange, State of California.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this Agreement
on the dates set forth opposite their respective signatures.

Parcel 1
An Easement for road and public utility purposes over a strip of land 50.00
feet in width, the center line of said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the Soutgerly terminus of that certain course descriged in
Parcel 1 as "South 17 08' 50" West 275.53 feet"; thence South 64 16' 40"
East 330.00 feet.
Said strip to terminate on the West at the Southeasterly lines of Parcel 1.
Parcel 2
An Easement for road, public utility and pipe line purposes over a strip
of land 50.00 feet in width, the center line of said strip being described as
follows:
Beginning at a point that bears South 64° 16' 40" East 130.00 feet from the
Southerly terminus of that certain course of "South 17° 09' 00" West 390.15
feet.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying within Parcel 7.
Parcel 3
An easement for road purposes to be used in common with others over a strip
of land 25.00 feet wide, over that portion of the land of Forster, as shown
on a Map filed in Book 4, Page 15 of Record of Surveys in the office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, CAlifornia, lying Easterly of and adjoining
the following described line:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of the land described in Parcel 1 in
deed to Jerry W. Neely and wife, recorded September 5, 1972 in Book 10309,
Page 360 of Official Records of said Orange County, said corner being a point
on a non -tangent curve concave Westerly having a radius of 200.00 f8et, a
radial line of said curve passing through said point bears South 72 51' 00"
East; thence along the Westerly boundary of said Parcel 1 the following courses
and distances:
Southerly along said curve through a central angle of b0° 36' 00" an arc
distance of 37.00 feet; tangent to said curve South 27 45' 00" West 97.51
