On August 18, 2020, the City of San Juan Capistrano accepted work as completed for the
construction of the North West Open Space Community Park Project CIP 09209.
A copy of the recorded Notice of Completion is enclosed for your records.
The retention will be payable upon 35 days from recording of the Notice of Completion.
The Notice was recorded on October 1, 2021; therefore, the final payment in the amount of
$59,639.58 may be released on November 5, 2021. If you have any questions, please do
