Recommendations:
1.Award a construction contract to C.S.Legacy Construction
Inc.;
2.Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and
approve change orders not to exceed $177,000;
3.Authorize the City Manager to transfer the Project’s
anticipated budget savings to the Gateway Landscaping
Project.
