On July 27, 2020, the City of San Juan Capistrano accepted work as completed for the
construction of the Verdugo Street Beautification Project CIP 14106.
A copy of the recorded Notice of Completion is enclosed for your records.
The retention will be payable upon 35 days from recording of the Notice of Completion.
The Notice was recorded on August 14,2020; therefore, the final payment in the amount of
$95,020. 12 may be released on September 18, 2020. If you have any questions, please
