Regular Meeting January 23, 2020
A. ORGANIZATION
1. CALL TO ORDER: 4:30 p.m. -City Council Chamber
2. ROLL CALL: Committee Members Stan Braden, Bob Cardoza, Harrison
Taylor and Geoff Sumich.
B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not
listed on the agenda may do so at this time. Persons wishing to address the
Committee on any item that is listed on the Agenda should submit a Request to
Speak form to the Secretary. Forms are available at the entrance to the Council
Chamber. The Chair Person will call forward speakers during consideration of
each item.
Please limit all comments to 3 minutes.
C. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted
by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items.
If discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Calendar
and will be considered separately.

1. Continued Consideration of a Worksession to introduce Architectural
Control (AC) 19-01 O; Creekside: a request for review of development
plans related to a proposed gated 188-unit residential subdivision with
three distinct housing types located at 30700 Rancho Viejo Road (APN
650-111-15)(Applicant: Peter Vanek, Integral Partners Funding,
LLC)(Project Manager: Paul Garcia, Associate Planner).
2. Consideration of a Worksession to introduce Tentative Tract Map (TTM)
19-002; The Farm: a request for review of development plans related to a
proposed gated 169-unit residential subdivision located at 32382 Del
Obispo Street (APN 121-182-17, 121-182-53)(Applicant: Andrew Han,
Lennar Homes of California, lnc.)(Project Manager: David Contreras,
Principal Planner).
F. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Modification to Architecture Control (AC) 19-017; Capo Brew/Heritage
BBQ: a request for review of modified plans related to a proposed remodel
of an existing commercial building located at 31721 Camino Capistrano
(Applicant: San Juan Capistrano Mission Ventures)(Project Manager:
David Contreras, Principal Planner).

Council Chambers.
