2) Minutes of the Board of Supervisors approving the contract
San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency's payment of $4,400
should be forthcoming just as soon as the title company has confirmed
that County has acceptable title to its acquisition and the deed has
recorded. This should be no later than several weeks.

Agency/Real Estate Division requests approval of a contract for purchase
of property required for the extension of Stonehill Drive in the City of
San Juan Capistrano.
MOTION: On motion by Supervisor Stanton, seconded by Supervisor Roth,
the Board moved to: 1. Authorize execution of the original and
duplicate Acquisition Contract with San Juan Capistrano Community
Redevelopment Agency. 2. Instruct the Auditor -Controller, upon
notification from General Services Agency/Real Estate Division, to issue
a warrant in favor of San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency
in the amount of $4,400 and additional warrants, as.required, for title
insurance, trust deed clearance fees, forwarding fees, trustees fees,
reconveyance fees, subordination fees, and any other closing costs.
Warrants are to be made payable out of Account No. 1151-410-516. MOTION
UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED.
