MOTION: On motion by Supervisor Stanton, seconded by Supervisor Roth, the Board moved to: 1. Authorize execution of the original and duplicate Acquisition Contract with San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency. 2. Instruct the Auditor -Controller, upon notification from General Services Agency/Real Estate Division, to issue a warrant in favor of San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency in the amount of $4,400 and additional warrants, as.required, for title insurance, trust deed clearance fees, forwarding fees, trustees fees, reconveyance fees, subordination fees, and any other closing costs.
