Section 9-3.301 of the Title 9 Land Use Code to allow a patio cover located in
the rear yard to encroach into the side yard setback within the Pacifica San Juan Comprehensive Development Plan 81-01 zoning district, accessory to an existing single-family residence located at 26590 Paseo Infinita (Assessor Parcel Number: 675-085-19) (Applicant: Norman S. Diaz).
2. Consideration of Zone Variance (ZV) 19-008, Campbell Residence, a request to establish a 29% lot coverage ratio where the Municipal Code permits a maximum lot coverage ratio of 25% for a one-story structure, related to the addition of 143 square feet to a single-family residence at 27891 Horseshoe
