DRC Agenda-2019-09-26AGENDA DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE Regular Meeting September 26, 2019 A. ORGANIZATION 1. CALL TO ORDER: 4:30 p.m. -City Council Chamber 2. ROLL CALL: Committee Members Stan Braden, Bob Cardoza and Geoff Sumich. 8. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not listed on the agenda may do so at this time. Persons wishing to address the Committee on any item that is listed on the Agenda should submit a Request to Speak form to the Secretary. Forms are available at the entrance to the Council Chamber. The Chair Person will call forward speakers during consideration of each item. Please limit all comments to 3 minutes. C. CONSENT CALENDAR: Items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and will be considered separately. 1. Draft August 22, 2019 Design Review Committee Minutes. D. Consideration of a Worksession to introduce Pre-Application (PA) 19-004; The Farm: a request for review of development plans related to a proposed gated 168-unit residential subdivision located at 32382 Del Obispo Street (APN 121- 182-17, 121-182-53)(Applicant: Andrew Han, Lennar Homes of California, Inc.)
