I heard back from Ken and we identified how to administratively transfer$without going to CC for approval. So,you may proceed with the PSA. (Please remember to include the Bid Recap Report to document the 3 quotes you obtained). Noreen said the amount of the budget transfer should be$30,000. Is this correct? (Once you confirm, I'll prepare the form and route to the UD for Steve's signature.) Michelle Bannigan, C.P.A. The work includes visual inspection of each facility to ensure compliance (including coordination with the on-site supervisor who will run all controllers so the Consultant can identify any issues with the irrigation system), and filling out the attached inspection form for each site for submittal to the City. It also includes cross connection testing (one way shut down, unless otherwise stated that a two-way shut down shall be performed). The attached table summarizes the work required at each site.
