Noreen and I discussed the budget issue with this PSA you are working on. I heard back from Ken and we identified how
to administratively transfer$without going to CC for approval. So,you may proceed with the PSA. (Please remember
to include the Bid Recap Report to document the 3 quotes you obtained). Noreen said the amount of the budget
transfer should be$30,000. Is this correct? (Once you confirm, I'll prepare the form and route to the UD for Steve's
signature.)

Subject: Recycled Water Site Inspection and Testing Services
Hi Mike,
The City of San Juan Capistrano is soliciting proposals for site inspection and cross connection testing at 26 recycled
water irrigation sites in the City's service area. The work includes visual inspection of each facility to ensure compliance
(including coordination with the on-site supervisor who will run all controllers so the Consultant can identify any issues
with the irrigation system), and filling out the attached inspection form for each site for submittal to the City. It also
includes cross connection testing (one way shut down, unless otherwise stated that a two-way shut down shall be
performed). The attached table summarizes the work required at each site. Site drawings are also available for
reference by clicking on the following link:

If your firm is interested in proposing, please review the referenced documents and submit your letter proposal and fee
to me at this email address on or before the close of business on Wednesday June 26, 2019.
If you are not able to submit a proposal, please indicate as such by way of response to this email.
Thank you in advance for your consideration of this request.
