As you are aware, the lease agreement between the City of San
Juan Capistrano and World Repair, Inc. has expired. Before the
City takes any action regarding the status of this lease, a
statement from World Repair, Inc. regarding the condition of
your company and future plans is needed. Also, an update
regarding "Lionel Burt/Richard McNamee" litigation should be
conveyed to the City. Of course, this matter will be handled
with confidentiality and candor.
