REVIEW COMMITTEE AND HOUSING ADVSIORY COMMITTEE
SPECIAL JOINT MEETING
A. ORGANIZATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
The Assistant Development Services Director called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
Commissioners/Committee Members Present:
Planning Commission: Stan Braden, Lisa Fenning, Howard Hart, Harrison Taylor and
Tami Wilhelm.
Cultural Heritage Commission: Anna Dickinson, Howard Newman, Lori Porter and
Jan Siegel.
Design Review Committee: Geoff Sumich and Gerald Muir.
Housing Advisory Committee: Kathleen Abney, William Bonney, Frank Larkin, Joanne
Marquez and Dave Solt.
Commissioners Absent: Bob Cardoza, Design Review Committee
Ann Ronan, Cultural Heritage Commission
Staff Present: Sergio Klotz, Assistant Development Services Director
Elizabeth Hull, Deputy City Attorney
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Assistant Development Services Director led the Pledge of Allegiance.

H. COMMISSION/STAFF DISCUSSION
1. Training on Brown Act and Public Records Act Issues (PowerPoint
Presentation will be provided at meeting).
Elizabeth Hull conducted the training and responded to questions from the
Commissioners and Committee members.
I. ADJOURNMENT:
At 6:23 p.m., there being no further business, the Planning Commission adjourned to
Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The Cultural Heritage
Commission adjourned to Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at 4:30 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers. The Design Review Committee adjourned to Thursday, April 25, 2019, at
4:30 p.m., in the City Council Chamber. The Housing Advisory Committee adjourned
to until the next regular meeting in April, 2020 or when necessary to be held in the
City Council Chambers.
