Amendment to Subdivision Improvement Agreement for, Parcel Map 85-306 (Rosan Ranch) between the City of San Juan Capistrano and KI/FKLA Rancho Realty; 2. Partial Assignment of Improvement Agreement (Rosan Ranch/Toyota) 3. Access Easement Vacation Deed (33535 Camino Capistrano) (Toyota/Kemper) 4. Resolution No. CRA 96-4-16-1, ordering the vacation of an easement A check in the amount of$96 was sent to cover recording and conformed copy fees for the first three documents. Corrections were requested and have been made on the Easement Vacation Deed and the Subdivision Improvement Agreement. Your letter indicated the correct fee for recording would be $116. Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8325, resolutions ordering vacations are recorded at no charge. Therefore, I am re-sending the four documents and the original check for $96.
