RE: Water Facility Improvements for Ortega II, 27000 Ortega Hwy. (SP-201)
Dear Mr. Schwartz:
On September 1, 1998, the Capistrano Valley Water District's Board of Directors accepted the
water facility improvements at 27000 Ortega Hwy., Burger King and Del Taco (Ortega II).
These facilities were successfully completed and operational as of October 4, 1997.
In compliance with Section 4 "Guarantee", of the "Agreement for Construction of Water
Facilities" dated July 21, 1998, the warranty period of 365 consecutive days ends October 4,
1998.
There have been no liens filed to the Citie's or District's knowledge. Therefore, the District is
enclosing the original Letter of Credit for account#1006381156-000 in the amount of$22,100 as
the warranty period has been successfully completed.
