Calle Aspero Widening (_T. J. Crosby Company)
SITUATION
The improvements to Calle Aspero from Calle Ricardo to Paseo de
Elena are complete and ready for acceptance by the City Council.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
The current payment status is:
Total Project Cost $65,613.06
Less 108 Retention 6,56.1.31
TOTAL DUE TO DATE $59,051.75
There is $25,000 budgeted in the 1979-80 budget for the widening
of Calle Aspero. An agreement with Bear Brand Ranch Company obli-
gates them for the balance. The payment status with respect to
Bear Brand Ranch Company is:
Total Project Cost $65,613.06
Less City Contribution 25,000.00
TOTAL DUE TO DATE $40,613.06
Previous Payments 33,998.30
AMOUNT DUE $ 6,614.76
Council awarded this contract May 7, 1980 for $59,998.30.
ALTERNATE ACTIONS
1. Accept the project as complete.
2. Do not accept the project as complete.
3. Request further information from staff.
RECOMMENDATION
By resolution, determine that the work has been completed and declare
the work.to be accepted. Direct that within ten (10) days from the
