The City Council determined that the total project cost was $ 28,388.06 The 108 retention in the amount of $ 2,838.81 was retained and the thirty-five (35) days from the filing of the Notice of Completion has expired. I recommend that the final payment in the amount of $ 2,838.81 be forwarded to T.J. CROSBY COMPANY at your earliest convenience.
