SUBJECT: RELEASE OF RETENTION (MAJOR IMPROVEMENT OF STREETS AND SIDEWALKS)
Reference is made to the Final Report, dated March 16, 1977
and attached hereto. The City Council determined that the total
project cost was $ 28,388.06 The 108 retention
in the amount of $ 2,838.81 was retained and the
thirty-five (35) days from the filing of the Notice of Completion
has expired.
I recommend that the final payment in the amount of $ 2,838.81
be forwarded to T.J. CROSBY COMPANY at your
earliest convenience.
