STREAM BED ALTERATION AGREEMENT FOR THE LOWER ROSAN RANCH

As set forth in the Report dated October 19, 1999, from the Deputy Director, the
Executive Director was authorized to execute the California Department of Fish and
Game, Section 1601, Streambed Alteration Agreement for the Lower Rosan Ranch
Property. Upon execution of the Agreement, the Agency will have secured conditional
approval of the proposed stockpile plan for the existing 15.79-acre parcel located along
the north side of Stonehill Drive between San Juan Creek and the railroad. The
stockpile is necessary in order to raise the site above the floodplain level.
The following item was removed from the Consent Calendar at the request of Director Jones
due to a potential conflict of interest relating to the proximity of the project to his
residence/business.
AWARD OF BID FOR 11 STORAGE SHEDS THE FOR LITTLE HOLLYWOOD
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT (TUFF SHED) (370.30)
Written Communications:
Report dated October 19, 1999, from the Deputy Director, recommending that the bid
for 11 storage sheds for the Little Hollywood Construction Project be awarded to Tuff
Shed in the amount of$14,460.06.
Award of Bid:
It was moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Greiner and carried with
Director Jones abstaining, to award the bid for 11 storage sheds for the Little Hollywood
Construction Project to Tuff Shed in the amount of$14,460.05; and, to reject all other
bids.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 8:34 p.m. to
the next regular meeting date of Tuesday, November 12, 1999, at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council
Chambers.
