The contract was awarded to BotaCo, Inc. in the amount of $49,922. Three change
orders were issued for the project. Change Order One was for six months of winter
maintenance of the fields in an amount not to exceed $3,600. Change Order Two was in
the amount of $1,750 for the installation of 3,500 square feet of sod in certain small
areas of the fields. The sod was installed in July, 1990, so that the fields would be ready
for use by September 1. Change Order Three was for additional field maintenance, if
