Zone Variance request to Section 9-3.301 of the Title 9 Land Use Code to allow
a 21% lot coverage ratio where the code requires a maximum of 15% for a 413
square foot pool house addition to an existing single-family residence, which
currently has a lot coverage of 19.4%, located at 30791 Steeplechase Drive.
