construct an 82 square foot, 13.5 foot high room addition (breakfast nook)
which will encroach 2 feet 9 inches into the 20-foot minimum required side yard
setback at 27031 Vista Point North (Assessor Parcel Number: 650-501-08)
(Applicant: Rob Williams, Studio 6 Architects)(Project Manager: Art
Bashmakian, Contract Planner).
