request to Section 9-3.501 of the Title 9 Land Use Code to allow for a 6'
encroachment into the required 16' rear-yard setback for a detached single-story
accessory structure greater than 450 sq. ft. and a 10" reduction of the required 6'
separation between a detached accessory structure and the main building at
31341 Andres Pico Road (Assessor Parcel Number: 124-201-30) (Applicant:
