Code enforcement is one of the most challenging services that local and county governments are asked to provide. A person that has a violation may get upset when he or she is contacted by the code enforcement officer, and the person that is complaining about the violation may get upset if the violation is not quickly corrected. Government agencies may receive complaints regardless of what actions they take. That is why it is critical that the firm chosen for this contract has staff with proven ability to obtain voluntary compliance with a minimum number of complaints.
