San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675
Dear Mr. Oswald:
Enclosed please find the originals and one set of copies of the completed
Speed Hump Petition from the City of San Juan Capistrano for Via de Agua
between Calle Conejo and Calle de Bonanza.
Of the 24 affected homes along Via de Agua, I am thrilled to report that all
24, or 100% eagerly signed the petition. The 24 affected homes included all
on Via de Agua between Calle Conejo and Calle de Bonanza and the abutting
properties of 33681 Calle Conejo and 26852 & 26851 Calle Canto. I trust
that you will find the petitions in good order and that we have diligently and
accurately followed the procedure outlined in the City Council policy number
420. The residents have been informed that the City will be verifying their
signatures.
I would like to request that:
• this item be placed on the City Council agenda for consideration and
funding as soon as possible;
• I be notified in advance regarding the date for Council consideration; and
• I, or another representative from the petitioners, have an opportunity to
address the City Council on this issue.
Thank you once again for your assistance. The residents of Via de Agua
also thank you for the opportunity for making this hazardous street a safer
place to live.
Sincere)
Mic elle Lawrence
