RE: Renewal of Contract - Pavement Markings Maintenance, Installation and Removal
Dear Mr. Apodaca:
I am writing to confirm your recent telephone conversation with Nancy Barney, our Public Works
Administrative Assistant, in which you expressed that your company wishes to renew its contract,
at the current rates, with the City of San Juan Capistrano for Pavement Markings Maintenance,
Installation and Removal.
Your current contract will expire June 30, 1998. At this time, the City wishes to renew the contract
at the same rates for a period of one year (July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999) as authorized in the
initial contract document (see Section 3 of the contract enclosed). Please acknowledge your
acceptance of this renewal below and return to our office as soon as possible. If you have any
