1997-0317_CALIFORNIA TRAFFIC MAINTENANCE_RFP Notice PAVEMENT MARKINGS MAINTENANCE, INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS Public notice is hereby given that the City of San Juan Capistrano will, up to 5:00 p.m. on the 7th day of April, 1997, receive sealed proposals for Pavement Markings Maintenance, Installation and Removal in accordance with specifications on file at the Office of the Department of Public Lands and Facilities, San Juan Capistrano, California. Proposals will be received until the time hereinbefore stated at the Department of Public Lands and Facilities, 32400 Paseo Adelanto, San Juan Capistrano, California. Prior to the award of bid, the Contractor will be required to present a valid City of San Juan Capistrano Business License and General Contractor's License. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of California relating to the licensing of Contractors. Your firm is being considered to provide this service. A draft agreement has been prepared and is enclosed for your review. This agreement outlines in detail the requirements for accomplishing the work. The Agreement will be for the period of July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998, and shall be automatically renewed for two (2) one-year terms unless either party desires to terminate the contract on each annual renewal date ... as outlined in Section 3 of the agreement. The selection process for these services will be based on your company's ability to meet all requirements outlined in the Agreement for Contract Services.
