CARONA, SHERIFF -CORONER 0 AGENDA ITEM TRANSMITTAL Third Amendment to the Agreement for Law Enforcement Services with the City of San Juan Capistrano ADDITIONAL DATA (Continued) 5 Page 2 The 2002-2003 services in the attached Third Amendment include 15 patrol units, 40 hours per week; three motorcycle deputies; three deputies for a community support unit; two investigators; one lieutenant; four sergeants; two community services officers for parking control and regional support services. Adjustments to the Sheriff -Coroner's Appropriations and Revenue and/or position count resulting from this Amendment will be a part of the CEO's First Quarterly Budget Report. The Sheriff -Coroner requests your Honorable Board's approval of the Third Amendment to the Agreement with the City of San Juan Capistrano and the 2002-2003 cost of services as referenced in the recommended action.
