After reviewing the rates charged by other firms, it is apparent that the wage scale in this office and the employee benefits offered are in excess of the amounts being paid by other offices. Although we believe the wages and benefits offered our employees is commensurate with their talents and ability, we cannot ex- pect your School District to pay a premium for our services. This reduction in fee is made with the hope that we may continue to serve your School District and to remain eligible for new school assignments in which our abilities can be adequately demonstrated.
