Attention: Mr. William F. Dawson,
Director, Facilities & Services
Subject: Proposed hourly compensation for services
Portable Classroom Additions
Dear Mr. Rawson:
With reference to our letter of proposal dated March 5, 1980, in
which our rates of compensation were listed, please accept our
proposal with the rates adjusted as follows
Principal-'s time $ 55.00 per hour
Associate's time 40.00 per hour
Production Coordinator's time 40.00 per hour
Job Captain's time 35.00 per hour
Draftsman's time 27.00 per hour
Clerical time 20.00 per hour
Plus 1 . 1 multiplied by the amount billed the
Architect for services of professional consultants.
After reviewing the rates charged by other firms, it is apparent
that the wage scale in this office and the employee benefits
offered are in excess of the amounts being paid by other offices.
Although we believe the wages and benefits offered our employees
is commensurate with their talents and ability, we cannot ex-
pect your School District to pay a premium for our services.
This reduction in fee is made with the hope that we may continue
to serve your School District and to remain eligible for new
school assignments in which our abilities can be adequately
demonstrated.
Respectfully,
DAVIS-DUHAIMF ASSOCIATES
