Pena, Executive Director July 20, 1993 Ms. Mary Laub City of San Juan Capistrano Administrative Services Department 32400 Paseo Adelanto San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 Dear Ms. Laub: Orange County Head Start, Inc., is requesting to continue the lease with the City of San Juan Capistrano. The lease in previous years has been for two years. If the City is willing to lease to Head Start it would be more advantageous to extend the lease from the present two year lease to a five year lease. Extending the lease will reduce paper work and does not affect the City's position since it can retain the right to terminate the lease with a right to cancel the lease with a ninety day notice of intent to terminate. Orange County Head Start, Inc., appreciates the excellent cooperation that the City of San Juan has consistently demonstrated. Your caring attitude towards the parents and their children is an asset that has made our services to the community the best that we can provide. Thank you for all the assistance you have provided us. We wish you the best of luck to a great and wonderful City! Sincerely, BEC IVED Marco T.
