License Agreement with Ecocenter, Inc. to conduct farming operations on 27 acres of land located at 32681 Alipaz Street, commencing on August 21, 2018, for a three-year term that may be extended for two additional one-year terms upon the written request of the Licensee; and, 2. Letter Agreement with Ecocenter, Inc. regarding the delinquent water bill for the property located at 32681 Alipaz Street; and, 3. First Amendment to the Agreement with South Coast Farms Establishing a Payment Schedule for Outstanding Water Charges; and 4. Exclusive Negotiation Agreement Extension with Ecocenter, Inc. for a one year period expiring on August 21, 2019. City staff was waiting on the completion of a"Services Agreement"between The Ecology Center and South Coast Farms before finalizing this comprehensive package. Said agreement was executed on September 28, 2018.
