PEGASUS STREET LANDSLIDE STABILIZATION,ANAHEIM HILLS,CALIFORNIA Investigation of a 11/2-acre landslide that had been active for over three decades In steep hillside terrain above several homes. Temporary stabilization over the years was provided by dewatering wells, which maintained the landslide at a marginal factor of safety. The investigation included the compilation and analysis of work by previous geotechnical consultants and additional subsurface exploration and sampling to refine the geologic structure controlling the landslide. Permanent stability was achieved by installing 127 tieback anchors. MSE WALL REPAIR,WESELOH CHEVROLET,SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,CALIFORNIA Oversight of all geologic mapping and subsurface exploration during investigation of a failed Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE)wall supporting the parking lot area of two large automobile dealerships.
