Regular Meeting November 12, 2015
A. ORGANIZATION
1. CALL TO ORDER: 4:30 p.m.-City Council Chamber
2. ROLL CALL: Chair Bob Cardoza, Vice-Chair Rob Williams, and Committee
Member Stan Braden.
B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not listed on
the agenda may do so at this time. Persons wishing to address the Committee on any
item that is listed on the Agenda should submit a Request to Speak form to the
Secretary. Forms are available at the entrance to the Council Chamber. The Chair
Person will call forward speakers during consideration of each item.
Please limit all comments to 3 minutes.
C. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by
one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If
discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and will
be considered separately.

Roundabout located at the intersection of the Interstate 5 (1-5) entrance and exit

1. Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 15-021; review of plans for proposed
parking lot light fixture modifications to the Tuttle Click Ford car dealership located
at 33301 Camino Capistrano (Assessor Parcel Number 668-121-14 and 121-240-
79) (Applicant: Marc Franz, EVP, Stratatron Advanced Technology Company and
Steve Carter Electric) (Project Manager: Laura Stokes, Housing Coordinator I

2. Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 15-017 and Sign Program (SP) 15-019;
review of plans for proposed exterior building and sign program modifications to the
