Regular Meeting March 10, 2016
A. ORGANIZATION
1. CALL TO ORDER: 4:30p.m.-City Council Chamber
2. ROLL CALL: Chair Bob Cardoza, Vice-Chair Rob Williams, and Committee
Member Stan Braden, Mark Speros and Gerald Muir.
B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not listed on
the agenda may do so at this time. Persons wishing to address the Committee on any
item that is listed on the Agenda should submit a Request to Speak form to the
Secretary. Forms are available at the entrance to the Council Chamber. The Chair
Person will call forward speakers during consideration of each item.
Please limit all comments to 3 minutes.
C. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by
one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If
discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and will
be considered separately.

None.

2. Consideration of Sign Permit (SP) 15-022; Citibank, review of a proposed
monument sign for Citibank located at 31872 Del Obispo St (Assessor Parcel
Number 637-082-68)(Applicant: Citibank c/o Power Sign Classic Neon, Doreen
Nicosia)(Project Manager: Laura Stokes, Housing Coordinator I Assistant Planner).
3. Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 15-028; Trevor's at the Tracks, review
of conceptual development plans for the proposed remodel of restaurant and patio,
located at 26701 Verdugo Street (APN: 121-141-17)(Applicant: Trevor Baird c/o
John Rix)(Project Manager: Lindsay Ortega, Contract Planner).
4. Consideration of Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 15-011; Verizon -Aspero, review
of conceptual development plans for the proposed Verizon Wireless unmanned
telecommunications facility located at 32202 Del Obispo Street (Assessor Parcel
Numbers 121-182-57)(Applicant: Verizon Wireless)(Project Manager: Lindsay
Ortega, Contract Planner).
5. Consideration of Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 15-015; Verizon -Plaza Del Rio,
review of conceptual development plans for the proposed Verizon Wireless
unmanned telecommunications facility located at 32391 Camino Capistrano
(Assessor Parcel Numbers 668-091-09)(Applicant: Verizon Wireless)(Project
Manager: Lindsay Ortega, Contract Planner).
