A. ORGANIZATION
1. CALL TO ORDER: 4:30 p.m. -City Council Chamber
2. ROLL CALL: Chair Rob Williams, and Committee Members Stan Braden and
Gerald Muir.
B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not listed on
the agenda may do so at this time. Persons wishing to address the Committee on any
item that is listed on the Agenda should submit a Request to Speak form to the
Secretary. Forms are available at the entrance to the Council Chamber. The Chair
Person will call forward speakers during consideration of each item.
Please limit all comments to 3 minutes.

Pacifica San Juan, review of revised conceptual landscape and lighting plans
for a 70 unit condominium project within Pacifica San Juan Tract 16747 Lot 1,
located at Avenida California south of Tract 16752 (Applicant: Rafik Albert, EPD
Solutions, lnc.)(Project Manager: Mathew Evans, Contract Planner).
2. Continued Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 16-002; review of street
tree plans for Pacifica San Juan Tract 15609 "The Peninsula" located at Paseo
Campanilla and Avenida California (Applicant: Rafik Albert, EPD Solutions,
lnc.)(Project Manager: Mathew Evans).
3. Continued Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 16-003; review of street
tree plans for Pacifica San Juan Tract 16752 "Crystal Downs" located at Paseo
Tranquila south of Avenida California (Applicant: Rafik Albert, EPD Solutions,
lnc.)(Project Manager: Mathew Evans).
4. Continued Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 16-004; review of street
tree plans for Pacifica San Juan Tract 16751 "Crystal Downs North" located at
Paseo Tranquila south of Avenida California (Applicant: Rafik Albert, EPD
Solutions, lnc.)(Project Manager: Mathew Evans).

1. Consideration of a request for Review of the Retaining Wall Design for the Del
Obispo Street Widening Project (Applicant: City of San Juan
Capistrano)(Project Manager: Paul Meshkin, Senior Civil Engineer).
