A. ORGANIZATION
1. CALL TO ORDER: 4:30p.m.-City Council Chamber
2. ROLL CALL: Committee Members Stan Braden, Gerald Muir and Tim Neely.
B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not listed on
the agenda may do so at this time. Persons wishing to address the Committee on any
item that is listed on the Agenda should submit a Request to Speak form to the
Secretary. Forms are available at the entrance to the Council Chamber. The Chair
Person will call forward speakers during consideration of each item.
Please limit all comments to 3 minutes.

seam metal roof; review of plans for metal roof material on residence at 31151
Casa Grande Drive (Assessor Parcel Number: 650-191-32)(Applicant: Tawny
Howe)(Project Manager: Laura Stokes, Housing Coordinator/Assistant
Planner).
2. Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 16-016 and Sign Permit (SP) 16-
030; Capistrano Mazda, review of development plans for a proposed building
remodel and sign program modification to the Capistrano Mazda facility located
at 32852 Valle Road (Assessor Parcel Number 666-301-04) (Applicant: Miles
Brandon, Capistrano Mazda)(Project Manager: Laura Stokes, Housing
Coordinator/Assistant Planner).
