ROLL CALL: Committee Members Stan Braden, Gerald Muir and Tim Neely. B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not listed on the agenda may do so at this time. Persons wishing to address the Committee on any item that is listed on the Agenda should submit a Request to Speak form to the Secretary. Forms are available at the entrance to the Council Chamber.
