ROLL CALL: Chair Stan Braden, and Committee Members Rob Williams and Geoff Sumich. B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not listed on the agenda may do so at this time. Persons wishing to address the Committee on any item that is listed on the Agenda should submit a Request to Speak form to the Secretary. Forms are available at the entrance to the Council Chamber. The Chair Person will call forward speakers during consideration of each item. Please limit all comments to 3 minutes. C. CONSENT CALENDAR: Items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and will be considered separately. 1. Draft April 13, 2017, Design Review Committee Minutes. D. Consideration of Sign Permit Program (SP) 17 -003; Pacifica San Juan: review of a re-revised Temporary Real Estate Sign Program for the Pacifica San Juan development, generally located between the intersection of Camino Las Ramblas at Avenida California and Vista Marina at Valle Road west of Interstate 5, south and east of McCracken Hill, south of the San Juan Meadows project, and west of the Lomas San Juan neighborhood (Multiple Assessor Parcel Numbers)(Applicant: Matthew Land, Taylor-Morrison Homes)(Project Manager: Mathew Evans, Contract Planner). 2. Consideration of Tree Removal Permit (TRP) 17 -020; St. Margaret's School Ortega Parking Lot: review of photo simulations and a landscape plan of proposed replacement trees for the Ortega Parking Lot located at 31641 La Novia Avenue (APNs 666-272-10,-11,-14) (Applicant: St. Margaret's School) (Project Manager: Paul Garcia, Associate Planner). Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 16-021, Sign Permit (SP) 16-029, and Tree Removal Permit (TRP) 17 -038; Chick-fil-A: review of development plans for the renovation of an existing 2,193 sq. ft. restaurant building, a new 936 sq. ft. covered patio area and on-site improvements to the existing parking area, landscaping, including the removal of thirteen (13) non-heritage trees, and new signage located at 31771 Del Obispo Street (Assessor Parcel Numbers 124-160-54 and 124-160-59) (Applicant: 4G Development, Bob Hatch)(Project Manager: Paul Garcia, Associate Planner). 2.
