Location: Call Arroyo east of La Novia Avenue Project Cost: $35,420 (includes 10% Contingency for unforeseen conditions) Funding Source: 50-94799-62230-17808-010 Proposals: Competitive Proposals Proposals: McKeehan Environmental Consultants: $32,200; •SRS Group: No Bid; Greenwood and Associates: No Bid. Staff Analysis & Recommendation: The mitigation monitoring and reporting plan (MMRP) for the Eastern Irrigation Water System Project summarizes the required mitigation measures identified in the Mitigated Negative Declaration that reduce construction impacts to a level less than significant. Staff solicited and received three bids for monitoring services to meet the requirements outlined in the MMRP. McKeehan Environmental Consultants Inc.was the low bidder and has performed well on other City projects. Accordingly staff recommends that the City Manager approve a Letter Agreement with McKeehan Environmental Consultants to perform archeological, paleontological and Native American monitoring Services for'this project.
