1. Site Plan Review (SPR) 12-003, 31871 Camino Capistrano Wood Shed
Demolition: The Archdiocese of Orange has requested approval of the
demolition of a 450 square foot wood shed structure located behind the
Garcia Adobe on a property that is listed on the National Register of Historic
Places (NRHP) and the City's Inventory of Historic and Cultural Landmarks
(IHCL), at 31871 Camino Capistrano, generally located 600-feet south of
Ortega Highway on the west side of Camino Capistrano, APN 121-150-30,
designated as 3.1 General Commercial on the General Plan Land Use Map

G. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Continued Consideration of Historic Depiction Program (HOP) for
Architectural Control (AC) 08-014; A-1 Self Storage; a request for
approval of preliminary design plans for a Historic Depiction Plan for an
approved 7 4, 730 square foot commercial self-storage facility located at
33000 Valle Rd, generally located 2,320 feet south of La Novia, and directly
adjacent to Valle Rd. (Applicant Representative: Tom Kearney, Caster Properties)
(Project Manager: Nick Taylor, Associate Planner).

Commission/staff discussion is limited to general discussion and questions by

The next regularly scheduled Cultural Heritage Commission meeting will be
Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
