SWERDLIN The City Council of San Juan Capistrano will meet at 7:00 p.m. on October 3, 2006 in the City Council Chamber in City Hall, to consider: "Consideration of Agreement for Electronic Permitting and Related Subsystem Software, CRW Associates (Priority #11 a)" — Item No. D3.
