Subject: Culbertson Adams Agreement for Environmental Work
The status of the above -referenced agreement is as follows
Kevin Canning will invoice me immediately for all work performed through June 30, 2000. He stated that the only work
they have done thus far was some biological monitoring prior to the
issues with Sun Cal. When the issue with Sun Cal arose, Culbertson Adams basically halted work on the project. Kevin
stated that some decisions on the project will be made this week and that the environmental work can then proceed.
I advised Kevin that their agreement expired in April and that we would need to prepare a new contract and purchase
order. Kevin agreed to: (1) get me an invoice for any work performed through June 30, 2000 within the next day or two;
and (2) submit to me a new letter and scope of work for the project within the next week or so so that a new agreement
can be executed.
I agreed to: (1) process his invoice for work performed through June 30; (2) prepare a new agreement for execution with
the new scope of work; (3) close out purchase order 16685 for $21,500; and (4) prepare a new purchase order in the
amount specified in the new scope of work.
I will route their invoice to you for approval prior to payment. In addition, I will need your review of the new scope of work
and the compensation amount prior to execution of the agreement and issuance of a new purchase order.
Tom Tomlinson has asked that C. J. Amstrup take the lead for the environmental work so there is no confusion as to who
is monitoring the consultant's work on this project, If you have questions or concerns with any of the above, please let me
know ASAP,
