LANGUAGE
1 . "Licensee shall relocate and/or remove
equestrian property fencing currently
on the Eastern portion of the Property
to those boundaries of The Oaks Farms
equestrian property. .."
2 . "Licensee shall relocate and/or remove
all equestrian paddocks, prior to
termination of License."
Community Benefit :
The Oaks Farms, LLC donates all
existing paddocks to City and
works with City and
Meadows Equestrian Property
to make improvements during
transition .
