RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve a nd authorize the C ity M anager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Placeworks for the preparation of an Initial Study (IS), pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), at a cost not-to-exceed $168 ,239 to be funded by the applicant. 2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Linscott, Law & Greenspan , Engineers for the preparation of a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA), at a cost not-to-exceed $67 ,045 to be funded by the applicant.
